On Wednesday, March 19, 2025, teens, parents/caregivers, educators, and mental health advocates joined StarVista for our Spring into Transitions 2025 event.

This toolkit is designed to help you prepare for or manage any challenging times ahead, whether you’re facing isolation or spending time with others. Throughout this campaign, we’ll provide resources and suggestions for places to go and activities to do if you need extra support. Many of these ideas are useful year-round and may inspire new ways to take better care of ourselves and each other.
