Bring joy to the hearts of the children, youth, and families we serve by participating in Randy’s Gift Drive!
This beloved holiday tradition connects generosity to joy by delivering gifts to StarVista clients and their families throughout the season. Please help us reach our goal of delivering gifts to every client participating in our gift drive this year by making a donation today.
General funds towards this campaign offer versatility to our clients to fit their unique needs and meet them where they are. Clients will be able to use their gift cards to shop for Wishlist items, including food, clothing, toys, household essentials, and more, using the safest shopping method that fits their individual needs/preferences.
Shopping for a client? Bring their gift to one of our Gift Drop Days!
Gift Drop Days are windows of time that we will be collecting toys and other physical in-kind gifts for our clients. Donors must shop using the In-Kind Gifts registry above.
Please wear a mask when you drop off your gifts!
When you drop off your gift, please let us know which client # you shopped for.
If you are unable to drop your gift off during these times, please email giftdrive@star-vista.org.
StarVista’s gift drive honors our late coworker and friend, Durand “Randy” Clark Yano. Randy launched StarVista’s first ever Holiday Gift Drive over a decade ago, and it has grown to become a favorite tradition amongst staff and clients. Randy always made sure the donations kept coming and that all the volunteers had what they needed to make it happen. Whenever it looked like StarVista might not have enough donations to help meet the need, Randy would personally reach out to friends and family to close the gap. He and his wife Debbie would frequently make special, last-minute trips to the store to ensure all wishes were fulfilled.
We are grateful to honor his memory and commitment to our organization’s mission and clients. Thank you for your generosity and for providing joy to the most vulnerable members of our community.
