Join us for “Mental Health Matters 2025: A 5K Run/Walk and Wellness Fair” on Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at Seal Point Park in San Mateo. This community gathering aims to unite us in support of mental health and well-being, raising awareness about the importance of taking care of our minds and bodies.

The event will start with a 5K Run/Walk on the beautiful trail of Seal Point Park at 9:00am. Feel free to bring strollers and dogs, but please be mindful of other participants. Every 5K registration includes a race T-shirt and a participation medal.
Along with the 5K Run/Walk is our Wellness Fair from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Dive into a world of wellness with activities like painting, scrapbooking, and yoga. Be inspired by our guest speakers and explore the booths of community exhibitors dedicated to health and mental wellness. This fair is designed to be a vibrant space where community members can connect, learn, and thrive in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
