Dear Friends, 

What an amazing Changing Lives event we had this month! This was our 4th annual Changing Lives fundraising event, and it was a night to remember. With eight incredible guest speakers and videos featuring our impact on the communities we serve; we celebrated and honored all the people who make positive, high-impact change in San Mateo County possible – you! A special thanks to our guest speakers, along with our Sponsors, Visionaries, donors, staff, interns, volunteers, clients, and supporters, for making change possible. If you were unable to make it to Changing Lives 2023, I’m delighted to share the event recap blog and recording with you here. An exciting extension to our Changing Lives fundraiser is the Macy’s Hillsdale round up promotion going on now through October 31, 2023! In-store shoppers can round up their purchase to support StarVista and our nearly 30 counseling, case management, skill development, and crisis prevention programs. I’d like to share a special thanks to Macy’s Hillsdale for their partnership in helping us transform the lives of individuals in San Mateo County.

We’re also excited to continue our partnership with Macy’s Hillsdale for our annual gift drive, Randy’s Gift Drive, in November. Historically, this beloved holiday tradition connects generosity to joy by delivering gifts to 150 StarVista clients and their families throughout the season. Please help us pass our goal by participating next month!
