Dear friends,
As we approach the upcoming holidays, which can be very stressful and joyful all at once, and as we anticipate the changes to come with the results from the elections, StarVista reaffirms our commitment to the communities that we serve, and to our staff and the broader community. We recognize that many individuals and families may be feeling a variety of emotions during this time including anxiety, excitement, fear, and more. Some fear deportation, separation from loved ones, and discrimination. Some families dependent on health insurance through Medicaid or Covered California may also be worried about losing their coverage. The most challenging part at this time are the unknowns and how it will affect our lives.
StarVista wants you to know that you are not alone in facing these challenges. We are here to support you, to listen to your concerns, and to work together to find solutions. Our community’s well-being is our priority, and we are steadfast in our commitment to stand by all of you during these times.
Our dedication to community is grounded in the commitment to empowering individuals, inspiring hope, and strengthening communities. StarVista is a beacon of support and strength, offering reassurance and support to our community and our clients. Together, we can navigate any challenge, and we can continue to uplift one another, emerging stronger, while reaffirming our commitment to the dignity and well-being of all individuals.
We are dedicated to serving our community and partnering with others to ensure equitable access to services. Our mission is to promote the well-being of all, especially vulnerable individuals and families.
We are profoundly grateful to all partners, non-profits, community-based organizations, and civic leaders for their dedication and commitment to supporting the well-being of the communities that we serve at every stage of life, including young children and their families, regardless of their origins, economic background, ethnicity, race, gender, or culture. Your partnership and shared values are instrumental in our collective mission.
