Welcoming our new Chief Development, Marketing and Technology Officer: Lea Berhane 

I am absolutely delighted to announce our new Chief Development, Marketing, and Technology Officer, Lea Berhane. Lea will now oversee the Development, Marketing, Data, Grants, and Information Technology departments at StarVista.

Lea has brought an energy and enthusiasm to her leadership role that inspires her teams to consistently present their best selves, while promoting our many agency sponsored programs and events. She has implemented processes and procedures that have increased efficiencies and accountability to the teams she manages.

Lea has many accomplishments and great experience including experience in managing CRM’s and Analytic Database systems with various national nonprofits. This background will come full circle and serve her well, as she manages the technology aspects of her new role as a Chief Development, Marketing & Technology Officer.
