The focus of the program is on reducing caregiver stress through a strength-based and short-term approach.
Thank you, San Mateo County, for making our first Mental Health Matters Walk a success! We are grateful to all our walk attendees for coming out to Ryder Park to support mental health and wellness in our shared community during Mental Health Awareness Month.
May is Mental Health Month, a time to raise awareness about mental health, fight stigma, provide support, and educate the community on the mental health challenges that exist among our neighbors.
In recognition of Mental Health Month, StarVista has partnered with San Mateo County Law Enforcement, San Mateo County Fire, and the City of San Mateo to display StarVista’s 24/7 Crisis Hotline on public safety vehicles throughout the county.
