A Message from StarVista’s Child and Parent Services (CAPS) Program
Dear Community,
Allow us to e-introduce ourselves. We are the Child and Parent Services Program of StarVista. The Child and Parent Services Program provides short-term, strength-based therapy and family partner services in San Mateo, San Bruno, South San Francisco, Daly City, and the Coast.
We wanted to reach out to you during this challenging time we are all facing and offer some support and useful tips to help us get through our day to day challenges. We hope these will prove useful to you and your family.

Children 0-5 Sesame Street has created videos and helpful ways to describe through videos and handouts what is currently happening in their environment. There are helpful tips for parents as well. Click here for the link.
The American Pediatric Association is a great resource for parents! The website currently has helpful tips for parents regarding the current challenges we are all facing. The website offers helpful tips on parenting and how to have conversations with children about what is happening. Click here to visit this resource.
