Dear friend,
I am very excited to invite you to StarVista’s once-a-year annual fundraising event, Changing Lives 2022! This year, guests will join StarVista to explore the future of mental health, wellness services, and hear about innovative practices addressing the emerging needs of San Mateo County children, youth, adults, and families.
We are excited to welcome you to The Farallon Room at Skyline College in San Bruno for our first in-person Changing Lives event on Wednesday, October 26 at 6:00pm. Initially launched in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, we worked hard to bring our communities together in a virtual setting for the health and safety of everyone. This year, we will offer a hybrid option where individuals can join us in person, or virtually, as we want to be accessible to everyone. Virtual guests will have the opportunity to watch the livestream of Changing Lives. Virtual attendees will be able to watch the event live, ask questions, and more. We will also be providing transcription and offering Spanish interpretation of the livestream.
Lastly, I invite you to consider supporting the long-term sustainability of our agency by becoming a StarVista Visionary. With a dedication to promoting mental health, wellness, and resiliency, our visionaries are the epitome of the positive impact that can be achieved as a community when we help others in their times of need. By pledging to give $1,000+ each year for 5 years (just $84 per month), you can become a StarVista Visionary. Start building your legacy and bring hope to the most vulnerable among us for years to come.
I look forward to seeing you on Wednesday, October 26th!
Sincerely,
Sara Larios Mitchell, Ph.D., MACP
