As we draw 2021 to a close, I would like to take a moment to reflect on another historic year here at StarVista.

I am delighted to share that we will hire a newly designed position of Chief Clinical Officer. I am also excited to share that we are hosting our annual gift drive throughout the months of November and December!

On Thursday, October 7, at 12pm, we are holding our once-a-year fundraising event, Changing Lives. This year’s event will be held virtually via Zoom and will be our biggest event of the year.

September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, a time to share resources and promote suicide prevention awareness.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to bring awareness to mental health and wellness, share resources, and reduce the stigma around mental illness.

I am grateful to share that our Crisis Center will be launching a new website for its program on March 1, 2021.
