In honor of our 5-year anniversary, we sat down with our COO, Lea Berhane, who has passionately guided Changing Lives over the past five years.
allcove San Mateo is dedicated to addressing these mental health crises by providing a safe, supportive environment for youth and young adults aged 12-25.
We are proud to operate the StarVista Crisis Center, a critical program in San Mateo County that acts at the main call center for our 24/7 Crisis Hotline (650) 579-0350 and 988.

September is Suicide Prevention Month (SPM), which includes National Suicide Prevention Week (September 8-14) and World Suicide Prevention Day (September 10). SPM aims to empower everyone in the community to prevent suicide.
I am also delighted to announce the promotion of Lea Berhane to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will work to execute StarVista’s operational and strategic goals in partnership with me and the Executive Team.
