DEI Resource List for Nonprofit Fundraising and Marketing Professionals

DEI Resource List for Nonprofit Fundraising and Marketing Professionals

blog, News

Resource list for affecting and leading organizational change in Diversity, Equity, and Anti-Racism as fundraising and marketing professionals in nonprofits.

“I believe it is imperative for Development & Marketing professionals within nonprofits to create a seat at the table when it comes to ensuring that the nonprofit they work at is invested in DEI work and has anti-racist and anti-hate values and ideals. We can play an influential role and contribute towards ensuring effective policies and practices are in place within our organizations when it comes to DEI.”  –Lea Berhane, StarVista’s Director of Fund Development & Marketing
